FOR CHURCH LEADERS & MEN’S MINISTRY TEAMS

Help Your Men Take the Step That Changes Everything

Strengthen the Men in Your Church — One Weekend Away

The Priority One Men’s Weekend is a powerful, proven way to help men reconnect with God, build meaningful relationships, and take steps toward spiritual growth that carry back into the life of your church.

For nearly 40 years, churches across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and beyond have used this weekend as a strategic catalyst for their men’s ministry.

This is more than an event — it’s a tool you can leverage to strengthen your men all year long.

WHY CHURCHES CHOOSE THIS WEEKEND

It Meets Men Exactly Where They Are

This weekend welcomes:

  • Believers

  • Lukewarm Christians

  • Men disconnected from church

  • Men skeptical of faith

  • Men who need a brotherhood

  • Men who have never gone on a retreat

The environment is non-threatening, fun, relational, and spiritually meaningful — perfect for inviting men who would never step into a traditional church event.

Use Our Promo Materials

We can provide:

  • Event slides (for Sunday services)

  • Promotional videos

  • Printable & digital flyers

  • Announcement scripts

  • Social media graphics

  • Email templates

Just ask — we’ll send everything you need.

Make the Invitation Personal

The most effective way to get men to attend is personal invitation:

  • A text message

  • A phone call

  • “I’m going — will you come with me?”

Encourage your men’s leaders to:

  • Invite individually

  • Share testimonies from previous attendees

  • Talk about the weekend in small groups

Men respond to relationships more than announcements.

Encourage Your Men to Register Early

Early registration is $345 for the first 100 spots or until May 3.

After that, the rate increases to $390.
Registration closes September 13.

Early commitments help build excitement and momentum within your church.

HOW THIS WEEKEND BENEFITS YOUR CHURCH

This weekend strengthens your church by cultivating stronger marriages, as men return more present, intentional, and prayerful. It leads to healthier families, with fatherhood taking on renewed purpose and joy. Men experience deeper community, forming the friendships they’ve long been seeking, and many demonstrate increased involvement, often stepping into leadership roles after the retreat. The weekend also brings spiritual renewal, with men coming home reconnected to Jesus and eager to grow. Throughout it all, groups experience greater unity as they bond through shared meals, sessions, and activities.
