Meet Our Speaker
Steve Sonderman
Steve is the Executive Director of No Regrets Men’s Ministry a global ministry that equips men for leadership. He oversees the No Regrets Men’s Conference an annual event that reaches over 10,000 men across the world. He’s the author of the No Regrets Study Series which he developed as one of the first men’s ministry pastors in the country. He served on staff for 35 years at Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, WI in various capacities. Steve is an internationally sought-after speaker at conferences, churches, and retreats. Steve and his wife Colleen are parents to four adult children and proud grandparents.

IMPACT will equip you to become a fearless influencer for Jesus in your world. We know that you want to be a force for good in your family, church, workplace, and community. We also know that the best way to do that is by making followers of Jesus that make more followers of Jesus. But it seems that most men have a hard time answering these two questions: What is my plan for making disciples? Is my plan working? Join us to learn how to answer these two questions and become the disciple-maker that God created you to be.
WHAT IS IMPACT?
IMPACT is a leadership training workshop that will take you through a step-by-step process for making disciples. There is large group teaching, small group discussion, and individual application. We will meet from 6:30 PM–9:00 PM on Friday night and 8:30 AM–3:30 PM on Saturday. This is a workshop that will equip you to join Jesus in changing the lives of those around you for good.
